How I Can Help
Wherever you are — in your relationship, your family, your inner life — there is a path forward. I’m here to help you find it.

Couples & Relationship Coaching
Relationships are the place where we grow the most — and where we can hurt the most. Using Imago Relationship Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help couples move from cycles of conflict and disconnection toward real understanding and intimacy.
I work with couples of all kinds — married, unmarried, straight, queer, polyamorous, and everything in between.
Individual Coaching
Sometimes the most important relationship to tend is the one with yourself. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the slow work of becoming more fully who you are.
I bring both professional training and my own lived experience of struggle and healing to this work. You won’t be alone in the room with a clipboard. You’ll be with someone who has been there.

Young Adults
Young adulthood is one of the hardest passages there is. I work with people in their early to mid twenties navigating identity, relationships, family conflict, anxiety and depression — with honesty, warmth and deep respect for who you are becoming.
Groups & Workshops
I periodically offer groups and workshops on relationships, panic and anxiety, and personal growth. Reach out to be added to my waitlist or to suggest a topic you’d like to see offered.

My approach is built on three evidence-based models that I’ve found to be genuinely transformative — not just as a therapist, but in my own life.

Imago Relationship Therapy helps couples move from blame and reactiveness to real understanding. It gives you a structure for talking about hard things without shame or criticism — and a way to leave sessions feeling hopeful rather than drained.

Relational Life Therapy is direct and honest work. It looks at the patterns we learned growing up — especially around power, accountability and intimacy — and helps us build something more equitable and loving in their place.

Emotionally Focused Therapy works with the attachment bond between partners. When we feel unsafe or disconnected from the people we love most, EFT helps us find our way back to each other.
Every person who walks through my door is unique — and I bring my full training and humanity to each session.
